Prepares and cooks meals for residents.
Prepare and serve various foods and meals as directed by the dietician, following federal, state and local regulations. Direct activities of one or more assistants in preparing and serving meals.
Maintain cleanliness of the the kitchen, equipment and supplies. Organize and maintain coolers and dietary stock and supplies. Accurately follow prescribed diet and portion control guidelines.
High School Diploma or GED; one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous cook experience required.
